When the pump draws more current than expected, the control board triggers this fault code to protect the circuit from damage.

Over current conditions in a pump motor are most commonly caused by a mechanical restriction within the pump itself, such as a seized bearing, a clogged inlet or outlet, or internal motor winding failure.
