Diagnosis should start by checking the AC voltage at connector CN8, pin 4 to pin 1, for a reading between 102 and 132 VAC.

When code 331 is active, the compressor motor inverter has detected a fault and the drying function of the washer will likely be impaired or non-functional. Continuing to run the machine in this state is not recommended, as it could worsen damage to the inverter board or compressor motor.
