Error code 351 means the drain pump clearing algorithm failed. The washer ran its drain cycle but the pressure sensor still detected water remaining in the tub afterward. The machine stops the cycle and displays this code to alert you that something is preventing proper draining. The most common cause is a clogged drain pump filter.

A reset may temporarily clear the code, but if the underlying drainage problem is not fixed, the code will return during the next cycle. To properly resolve error 351, you need to identify and correct the cause of the incomplete drain, such as a clogged filter or obstructed hose, before the washer will complete a full cycle without faulting again.
