Error code 355 indicates an Evaporator Thermistor Fault, specifically the NTC 2 sensor in the heat pump system. The control board has detected that the thermistor's reading is outside the acceptable range, which could mean the sensor has failed, there is a wiring problem, or a connector has come loose. The washer stops normal operation to protect the heat pump components until the fault is resolved.

It is not recommended to continue running the washer while this fault is active. The heat pump system relies on accurate thermistor data to operate safely, and running the machine without reliable temperature feedback could cause the heat pump compressor or related components to overheat or sustain damage. Wait until the fault is diagnosed and repaired before resuming normal use.
