Error code 359 means all four heat pump thermistors, covering the evaporator, compressor suction, air outlet, and air inlet positions, are reporting readings outside their acceptable ranges at the same time. Because all four sensors are affected simultaneously, the fault almost always points to a shared wiring, connector, or control board issue rather than four independently failed sensors. The washer will not complete a cycle while this code is active.

It is not advisable to continue running the washer while code 359 is active. The heat pump system relies on all four thermistors to regulate temperatures safely during operation. Running the machine without valid sensor feedback could allow unsafe temperature conditions to develop or cause further damage to the heat pump components.
