Detergent fault

Detergent fault - no conductivity change detected in the main wash for 10 cycles, either consumer is not using detergent or an error with the detergent cup may be present.

From Tech Sheet W16260669, p.41:

1.Check that consumer is using detergent in the main cup. Check the dispensing of the motor and the wiring to and from the wax motor.

2.Measure the drive motor winding resistance at the main control connector. Expected: 2 to 6 ohms between winding pairs.

3.Rotate the drum by hand and check for free rotation. Inspect the belt and pulley for glaze or wear; a slipping belt mimics a motor fault under load.
