T-11 indicates that the Appliance Control Unit (ACU) received invalid cycle data from the User Interface (UI) board and could not process a valid wash cycle. The machine stops operation and displays this code to prevent running an undefined cycle. The fault points to a communication problem between the control panel and the main control board, whether from a loose connection, damaged wiring, or a failed component.

A reset, done by unplugging the washer for one to two minutes, can clear T-11 if the fault was caused by a temporary power fluctuation or software glitch. However, if the code returns after the reset, there is an underlying hardware problem with the wiring or one of the control boards that must be addressed. Repeated resets will not fix a faulty component.
