The 14C2 code signals a water supply error on the upper washer drum. It appears when the cold and warm water supply hoses are connected to the wrong inlets, or when the water temperature sensor detects incoming water above 50 degrees Celsius during a Wool or Lingerie cycle. The washer stops operation to protect delicate fabrics from heat damage.

You should not continue running the washer while this error is active, especially for delicate cycles like Wool or Lingerie. Incorrectly temperatured water can damage sensitive fabrics, and reversed hose connections may cause unintended results in other cycles as well. Resolve the hose connections or temperature issue before resuming use.
