Samsung Washer Error Code 14C2
Water supply error on the upper washer
What the 14C2 error code actually means
Your Samsung washer is detecting a water temperature problem on the upper drum, either because the hot and cold water hoses are plugged into the wrong connections, or because the water coming in is too hot for the delicate cycle you selected. Check that the hose labeled for cold water is connected to the cold water inlet and the warm water hose to the correct inlet on the back of the machine. Fixing the hose connections usually clears this error.
