A simple power reset may clear the displayed code temporarily, but it will not resolve the underlying cause. Since nG indicates that Smart Install did not complete correctly, the setup routine still needs to be run and finished successfully for the washer to operate normally. Resetting without completing Smart Install is likely to result in the code returning.

Repair costs depend on the root cause identified during Smart Install diagnostics. If the issue is simply a loose wiring connection or a power supply problem, there may be no parts cost at all.
