Basket re-engagement failure
From Tech Sheet W13250018, p.30:
1.Check shifter connectors; check for clothing wedged between impeller and basket; check shifter slider; See TEST #3a: Drive System – Shifter, page 15.
2.Measure door lock assembly resistance across the PTC terminals. Expected: ~200 ohms cold, rising sharply once energized.
3.Inspect strike and latch alignment. A warped door or misaligned strike prevents the switch stack from closing in the correct sequence.
