Overflow condition

Overflow condition — too much water or foam in the washer and the overflow contact on the pressure switch is closed for more than 2 minutes 30 seconds or 5 times during the same cycle.

From Tech Sheet W13250978, p.30:

1.Check inlet valves for proper shutoff; verify drain hose is not plugged or kinked; check/clean drain pump filter. See TEST #6, TEST #16, TEST #7, TEST #8.

2.Measure drain pump winding resistance at connector J7 on the main control. Expected: 12 to 16 ohms at room temperature.

3.Back-probe the pump driver output under load. Verify the board switches the pump at 120 VAC during the drain portion of the cycle.
