Faulty safety heater relay on power module
From Service Manual 878878, p.50:
1.Replace power module (if relay) or replace heat pump/zeolite container (if ground fault).
2.Measure drain pump winding resistance at connector J7 on the main control. Expected: 12 to 16 ohms at room temperature.
3.Back-probe the pump driver output under load. Verify the board switches the pump at 120 VAC during the drain portion of the cycle.
