When the frequency or voltage deviates from the expected range, the microprocessor flags this condition and triggers the E67 fault to prevent potential damage to sensitive electronic components.

The primary suspects for this fault fall into two categories: an issue originating from the utility supply or a failed control board. The power grid in North America operates at 60 Hz, and Electrolux washers are calibrated to this standard. If the incoming frequency drifts outside the acceptable tolerance, the microprocessor will register it as an invalid input signal.
