Dishwasher won't drain

From Service Manual 155823, p.35:

1.Remove garbage disposal plug. Make sure drain hose is <150 inches, includes a 33-inch high loop and is installed ≤50 inches above the floor. Unclog house drain line, drain hoses, drain pump & backflow valve.

2.Measure drain pump winding resistance at connector J7 on the main control. Expected: 12 to 16 ohms at room temperature.

3.Back-probe the pump driver output under load. Verify the board switches the pump at 120 VAC during the drain portion of the cycle.
