Resetting the dishwasher may clear the code temporarily, but if the underlying water supply issue is not corrected, the i1 fault will return as soon as the machine attempts another fill cycle. Address the cause first, then restart the dishwasher to confirm the error does not reappear.

If the fix is simply opening a supply valve or straightening a kinked hose, there is no parts cost. Cleaning a clogged inlet screen is also a low or no cost repair.
