Moisture sensor fault
Moisture sensor fault — short across sensor bars, wiring open, bars contacting bulkhead, or foreign object interfering with contact sensors (rotary models); contact sensor frequency too high (push button models).

Check contact sensors for foreign objects and wiring. If no problems found, check wiring (quick connect at moisture bars and/or edge connector J3). If that doesn't fix the problem, replace the electronic control board.
