Rotary: Turn on the dryer and measure continuity between J2_1 and J2_2; if no continuity, replace control board. Check thermal limiter-1, motor, wiring (M4, M5, M6; J2_1, J2_2). Push button: Check for short circuit across motor relay (RL2), or L1 applied to motor relay output (J3-1) with cycle stopped; if motor does not start, check for open circuit between L1 and motor relay connection (J3-2).
