No water detected entering the washer; the first pressure switch threshold is not triggered after 6 minutes and/or the second threshold is never reached. 'lo H2O' message appears before F20, and the washer may retry 3 times before the fault code activates.

From Tech Sheet W13275973, p.25:
1.Clear the error code, unplug the washer, check water supply pressure at the faucet, inspect supply hoses for leaks.
2.Measure the inlet valve coil resistance at the valve connector. Expected: 1,000 to 1,200 ohms per coil at room temperature.
3.Verify static water supply pressure at the inlet hose. Below 20 psi or fluctuating supply commonly triggers fill-timeout faults.
