CCU Error - a communication error between the CCU and onboard EEPROM has occurred, or one of the main relays is not working properly.

1.Check the electrical outlet for damage; unplug washer, verify power at outlet (voltage, polarity, grounding, dedicated circuit), reconnect and retest. See TEST #1 (CCU/Power Check) on page 12.

2.Inspect the communication harness between the main control and the UI board for bent pins or unseated connectors at each end.

3.Measure supply voltage to the UI board. Expected: 5 VDC at the interface connector; a low or missing rail points back to the main control supply.
