1.Verify use of HE detergent and check for excessive detergent usage; check/clean drain pump filter and hose of foreign objects; ensure drain height does not exceed 8' (2.4 m).

2.Measure drain pump winding resistance at connector J7 on the main control. Expected: 12 to 16 ohms at room temperature.

3.Back-probe the pump driver output under load. Verify the board switches the pump at 120 VAC during the drain portion of the cycle.
