Latch Not Operating - The door latch will neither lock nor unlock; latch motor runs 3 complete revolutions in attempt to lock/unlock then stops in calculated unlocked position.

Latch Not Operating - The door latch will
From Tech Sheet W11940263, p.35:
1.Enter diagnostics mode and press Clean keypad to activate motorized door lock. If door lock does not cycle, measure voltage at P5-5/P5-6 to neutral.
2.Measure door lock assembly resistance across the PTC terminals. Expected: ~200 ohms cold, rising sharply once energized.
3.Inspect strike and latch alignment. A warped door or misaligned strike prevents the switch stack from closing in the correct sequence.
