Over Temp Clean
Over Temp Clean — the control detects an oven temperature >900°F (482°C) during a self-clean cycle; cooking modes and clean cycles are locked out until temperature drops below 900°F.

Assess affected cavity temperature. If near room temperature, check connector P10 and measure thermal sensor resistance (1000-1200 Ω at room temp; >2700 Ω indicates >900°F). If near 900°F, determine which element is receiving power by measuring voltage across control pins.

Over Temp Clean — the control detects an oven
From Tech Sheet W11939301, p.33:
1.Assess affected cavity temperature. If near room temperature, check connector P10 and measure thermal sensor resistance (1000-1200 Ω at room temp; >2700 Ω indicates >900°F). If near 900°F, determine which element is receiving power by measuring voltage across control pins.
2.Measure door lock assembly resistance across the PTC terminals. Expected: ~200 ohms cold, rising sharply once energized.
3.Inspect strike and latch alignment. A warped door or misaligned strike prevents the switch stack from closing in the correct sequence.
