From Tech Sheet W15413446, p.18:
1.Cycle power (Off, wait 10 seconds, On), start a microwave cooking function and wait 1 minute to verify failure reappears. Unplug and check that P21 and P22 connections of the Microwave Appliance Manager are firmly connected.
2.Inspect the communication harness between the main control and the UI board for bent pins or unseated connectors at each end.
3.Measure supply voltage to the UI board. Expected: 5 VDC at the interface connector; a low or missing rail points back to the main control supply.
