Basket Re-engagement Failure – the basket check
From Tech Sheet W17978241, p.13:
1.Check if basket is floating; if yes, pump out water. Check if basket turns freely; determine cause of friction.
2.Measure drain pump winding resistance at connector J7 on the main control. Expected: 12 to 16 ohms at room temperature.
3.Back-probe the pump driver output under load. Verify the board switches the pump at 120 VAC during the drain portion of the cycle.
