The uC code stands for Continuous Unbalanced Circuit and signals that the washer is receiving an improper or continuous bad signal from the Tub Displacement Sensor. This sensor tracks tub movement during the spin cycle, and when its signal is outside acceptable limits without recovery, the control board stops the cycle and displays uC. The result is often wet clothes left in the drum because the spin cycle did not complete.

Running the washer repeatedly while the uC code is active is not recommended. The code indicates a continuous imbalance condition that the machine cannot self-correct, and continued operation under that condition can put mechanical stress on the tub, suspension, and drive components. Address the root cause before resuming normal use.
