OWI calibration failure — faulty OWI sensor or dirty lens, or drain check valve not sealing allowing dirty water back into dishwasher.

From Tech Sheet W14869551, p.43:
1.Run service diagnostics to verify OWI function; OWI should indicate low soil with clean water.
2.Measure drain pump winding resistance at connector J7 on the main control. Expected: 12 to 16 ohms at room temperature.
3.Back-probe the pump driver output under load. Verify the board switches the pump at 120 VAC during the drain portion of the cycle.
