Enter Diagnostic mode (OFF, OFF, START), ensure AM software, UI software and EEPROM versions appear on lower text line; unplug oven and check P6 connector on appliance manager and P2 connector on user interface are fully inserted.

From Tech Sheet W17549817, p.29:

1.Enter Diagnostic mode (OFF, OFF, START), ensure AM software, UI software and EEPROM versions appear on lower text line; unplug oven and check P6 connector on appliance manager and P2 connector on user interface are fully inserted.

2.Inspect the communication harness between the main control and the UI board for bent pins or unseated connectors at each end.

3.Measure supply voltage to the UI board. Expected: 5 VDC at the interface connector; a low or missing rail points back to the main control supply.
