Door latch not operating during Clean mode
From Tech Sheet W17520027, p.39:
1.Verify failure in diagnostics mode Faults screen, press START TIME to clear fault, then press SELF CLEAN key in diagnostics to run lock motor and check latch operation.
2.Measure door lock assembly resistance across the PTC terminals. Expected: ~200 ohms cold, rising sharply once energized.
3.Inspect strike and latch alignment. A warped door or misaligned strike prevents the switch stack from closing in the correct sequence.
