Microwave Oven Humidity Sensor Open or Shorted - The ohmmeter has detected a resistance reading much lower or much higher than approximately 2800 Ω at 77°F ± 10°F (25°C ± 10°C).

Unplug oven or disconnect power. Check connector P23 of microwave oven AM. Disconnect P23 and measure resistance between pins P23-3/P23-1 and P23-3/P23-2 (should be equal).

From Tech Sheet W11941221, p.33:
1.Unplug oven or disconnect power. Check connector P23 of microwave oven AM. Disconnect P23 and measure resistance between pins P23-3/P23-1 and P23-3/P23-2 (should be equal).
2.Measure line voltage at the power cord terminal block. Expected: 120 VAC (L1 to neutral) or 208 to 240 VAC between L1 and L2 under load.
3.Inspect the cord strain relief and terminal block screws for signs of arcing or heat discoloration. Loose connections here mimic an intermittent power failure to the control board.
