From Tech Sheet W11939302, p.34:
1.Assess affected cavity temperature. If near room temperature, inspect connector P10. If near 600°F, check for an element receiving power when it shouldn't be.
2.Measure door lock assembly resistance across the PTC terminals. Expected: ~200 ohms cold, rising sharply once energized.
3.Inspect strike and latch alignment. A warped door or misaligned strike prevents the switch stack from closing in the correct sequence.
