Communication error ACU to UI — communication
From Tech Sheet W14812249, p.21:
1.Verify continuity in cable between ACU (J19) and UI (C2). Check AC and DC supplies via TEST #1 on page 13 and TEST #2 on page 14.
2.Inspect the communication harness between the main control and the UI board for bent pins or unseated connectors at each end.
3.Measure supply voltage to the UI board. Expected: 5 VDC at the interface connector; a low or missing rail points back to the main control supply.
