With power disconnected, check resistance between pins 1 and 4 of P16 on the machine controller; resistance should be greater than 10 MΩ (open). Replace machine control board if relay has failed.

From Tech Sheet W14867800, p.12:
1.With power disconnected, check resistance between pins 1 and 4 of P16 on the machine controller; resistance should be greater than 10 MΩ (open). Replace machine control board if relay has failed.
2.Measure the drive motor winding resistance at the main control connector. Expected: 2 to 6 ohms between winding pairs.
3.Rotate the drum by hand and check for free rotation. Inspect the belt and pulley for glaze or wear; a slipping belt mimics a motor fault under load.
