E21 means the washer detected that water is not draining fast enough during the drain cycle. Start by checking the drain filter and all wiring connectors.

A reset may clear the E21 code temporarily, but the fault will return if the underlying problem is not resolved. To reset, unplug the washer for one to two minutes and then plug it back in. If the drain path is still restricted or a component is still faulty, the code will reappear during the next drain cycle.
