The washer is protecting itself by limiting spin speed, so continuing to use it in this limited state will not cause immediate danger. However, if the error is caused by worn suspension components allowing cabinet contact, continuing to run the machine can cause progressive mechanical damage to the drum, cabinet, and drive system. It is best to resolve the underlying cause before running additional cycles.

If the error is caused by an unbalanced load or an unlevel machine, there is no parts cost at all.
