From Tech Sheet W14867333, p.25:
1.Unplug washer and check wiring and terminations between coin drop and control board. Check for object blocking coin drop optic sensor. It takes 8 seconds for control to recognize blockage.
2.Measure door lock assembly resistance across the PTC terminals. Expected: ~200 ohms cold, rising sharply once energized.
3.Inspect strike and latch alignment. A warped door or misaligned strike prevents the switch stack from closing in the correct sequence.
