You should not continue running the washer until you have identified and resolved the underlying cause of the E code. A stuck water inlet valve left unaddressed could lead to an actual overflow and water damage to your home. The automatic pumping response is a temporary safety measure, not a permanent fix. Diagnosing the inlet valve and water level sensor before running another load is strongly recommended.
