Water temperature sensor error - if the water temperature sensor (NTC) value is out of range (23°F to 217°F / -5°C to 103°C) during the water-heating step of the wash cycle.

Water temperature sensor error - if the water
From Tech Sheet W13275969, p.21:
1.Unplug washer or disconnect power. Check the water temperature sensor and connection to it.
2.Disconnect the sensor and measure resistance at the sensor body. Expected: 10 kΩ to 12 kΩ at 77°F (25°C).
3.Check the sensor harness for opens and shorts. Back-probe the sensor pins at the control board connector; a reading outside 5 kΩ to 50 kΩ indicates a failed sensor.
