F27 indicates an overflow condition. The overflow switch inside the pressure switch assembly has been closed for more than 60 seconds, meaning the control board detected that water rose to an unsafe level and could not resolve the situation within the allowed time. The washer shuts off the water inlet as a protective response and displays the code to alert you that the overfill issue must be corrected.

The F27 code triggers because the washer has already shut off the water inlet as a safety measure, which reduces but does not eliminate the risk of overflow. If a failed inlet valve is the cause, it may continue allowing water into the tub even after the error appears. You should check that water is not actively flooding into the machine and, if it is, turn off the home water supply to the washer until repairs are completed.
