Communication failure between CCU and MCU — may be caused by reversed polarity/mis-wire with open ground switches, or damaged communication cable from CCU (MI3) to MCU.

From Tech Sheet W13275965, p.17:
1.Clear error code, unplug washer, check outlet for correct polarity.
2.Inspect the communication harness between the main control and the UI board for bent pins or unseated connectors at each end.
3.Measure supply voltage to the UI board. Expected: 5 VDC at the interface connector; a low or missing rail points back to the main control supply.
