From Tech Sheet W14811284, p.16:
1.Check for mechanical friction on drive mechanism or basket, weak motor or run capacitor, or no connection to run capacitor. Check load balance. See TEST #3b: Drive System – Motor.
2.Measure the drive motor winding resistance at the main control connector. Expected: 2 to 6 ohms between winding pairs.
3.Rotate the drum by hand and check for free rotation. Inspect the belt and pulley for glaze or wear; a slipping belt mimics a motor fault under load.
