The control board monitors the lock motor, lock switch, and door switch, and triggers this code when the lock cycle does not complete successfully. It can result from a failed motor, a faulty switch, or a wiring problem in those circuits.

Normal baking and cooking functions may still operate, but you should not attempt to run the self-clean cycle while this fault is active. The F94 code means the door lock mechanism is not functioning reliably, which is a required safety interlock for the high-temperature self-clean cycle. Attempting to run self-clean with a faulty door lock could leave the door unable to unlock at the end of the cycle.
